My personal journey through organizational dynamics

With over two decades as a catalyst for change, my career has woven a rich tapestry across continents and industries, from corporate behemoths to agile startups. Each engagement has deepened my insight into organizational evolution, honing my ability to harmonize operational excellence with human dynamics.

Throughout this journey, I’ve observed a critical disparity between organizational rhetoric and lived experiences—a chasm where performance, purpose, and psychological safety should flourish. This realization ignited my passion to redefine organizational culture, transcending traditional strategies to embrace a holistic approach that encompasses our entire relationship ecosystem, including customers, suppliers, and society.

This introspection inspired two significant works that reflect my commitment to understanding and reshaping organizational dynamics for a more effective, humane, and prosperous future: 

  1. ‘La Tyrannie de l’Hibiscus’: A literary exploration born from over 100 conversations with industry leaders and thought pioneers across multiple sectors. This work probes the barriers to performance and the role of fear in decision-making processes.
  2. ‘Les Performateurs’ (upcoming): An essay depicting how organizations can achieve success through kindness, and what society can learn from such entities.
