For a prominent supplier of equipment and services to packaging manufacturers, Obicio facilitated the reinforcement of major business processes, including Purchase-To-Pay, Sales & Operations Planning, and Order-To-Cash processes, within the largest Business Unit. This initiative aimed to promote and align continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate SAP rollout across international sites.
